The pre-construction meeting for Sandestin addition was held on Friday, January 14. Dean Smith and Don McClure attended from McClure. The building start date will be Monday, January 24, 2011, which will be the official start date. A change order for days from December 30, 2010 until that date will be generated and submitted for approval.
Grader is doing both Panama City Beach and Sandestin, so the one week delay to allow them to start Panama City Beach was agreed to in this meeting.
