Framing has started on the new rostrum.
Drywall has been removed from the ceiling.

Stem walls were poured today.


West side stem wall is held down 5" to pour the new slab over the top of it.

Remaining exterior continuous footings have been poured.





Rebar for the stem wall is being installed as well as the forms.







Plumbers have started taking up the floor to add a drain for the new family bathroom.






Rear wall of the chapel and connecting walk have been taken out.

Demolition continues on the interior.
The grade on the front of the property is being raised

The old rostrum and carpet has been removed


Building pad was tested today (99% compacted). Brick has been removed as well as the lower section of EIFS

Demolition

With 1.46" of rain on Friday and .42" of rain yesterday, work on the building pad has been stalled but should began again today. That hasn't stopped us from doing some demolition on the interior.
Ceilings over the R.S. and Primary room have been taken down.

The chaple rostrum and carpet have been taken out.

Update

Ronco electrician removed lights and disconnected outlets in the primary and R.S. rooms for demolition starting tomorrow.
Ram Tool had concrete construction materials delivered.

Rebar was delivered for concrete.



Started Demolition on Wednesday.

The sidewalks at the back of the building have been removed in order to expand the parkinglot and the building. The building pad has been stripped down to suitable soils. 4 density tests were taken yesterday, the results were, 98% 98% 99% and 100%. We are ready for fill material.


The sidewalk at the front of the building was removed and a silt fence was installed for erosion control.
